Restorative Yoga
90 minutes

This very gentle yoga program is designed to replenish the body’s energy, flexibility and vitality.  Focusing mainly on the spine and joints, the program typically consists of passive yoga postures involving light repetitive motion. This gentle repetition squeezes out soreness and stiffness, while bringing in new energy and flexibility.  The class typically includes Pranayama (breathing) and yogic meditation, as well as a relaxation session focused on healing.

Allow yourself to restore your energy and vitality with this light and enjoyable mind-body experience.

Power Yoga
90 minutes 

Feel the power!  Work your body as you increase flexibility, quiet your mind and shed your stress. Leave the rest of the world at the door, come in and experience bliss! 

This intermediate yoga program is both physically vigorous and mentally calming. This class consists of an intense series of postures designed to provide a great workout, while increasing flexibility and purifying the body.  The deep focus on breathing, body movement and posture creates a meditative concentration which calms the mind.  

This class is based on a combination of Ashtanga power and Iyengar yoga styles.

 

Beginner's Power Yoga
90 minutes

Based on the Sivananda 12 pose series, a moderately intense series of poses are selected and designed to develop core strength, while stretching the spine and detoxifying the joints and internal organs. This program also emphasizes the intesity/stillness balance of hatha yoga. If you want to do power yoga, but still want to relax, or your yoga experience is limited, this is the program for you.

Yoga Flex & De-stress
90 minutes

Leave your stress behind! Relax, heal and rejuvenate your body as you de-stress your mind.  Leave the rest of the world at the door, come and experience bliss.

This semi-active program provides a great introduction to yoga for beginners and creates the perfect environment for intermediate practitioners who prefer more passive yoga postures.  The program is designed to increase flexibility and mobility, heal and rejuvenate and de-stress the mind. As we gracefully flow through a series of positions in synch with the breath, we begin to experience the inner peace of mental stillness.

This program is not designed to be a workout, but is an excellent way to loosen up and recover after a workout, or to just unwind.

This class is based primarily on Iyengar yoga.
